How to Control What Shows on Your Facebook Wall thumbnail
Privacy options on Facebook allow you to restrict certain wall posts.

By controlling what shows on your Facebook wall, you can help to preserve your privacy. By default, posts from friends and other activities that normally post on your wall are visible to everyone who visits your profile. If you want to limit what information is shared on your wall, you can adjust your privacy settings. The information is automatically filtered based on your preferences and is shown based on what you allow.
