How to Cancel Your Facebook Advertising

Advertisements created in Facebook are organized into campaigns and individual ads. When and how the ads will be displayed is controlled through the Facebook Ads and Pages menu. An advertisement can be canceled at any time and later reactivated if desired.

Instructions

1. Log in to your Facebook account.

2. Click the "Advertising" link at the bottom of the page.

3. Click the "Manage Ads" link on the left side of the screen.

4. Click the advertising campaign you wish to cancel.

5. Click the "Pause" link to suspend the advertisement without deleting it.

6. Click the "Delete" link to cancel the advertisement permanently without the ability to reactivate it.
