How Do I Print a Timesheet on QuickBooks for Mac?
Quickbooks has a timesheet option that allows you to track the time spent by particular employees on specific projects, so you can charge your customers by the hour or so you can pay your employees that way. You can review these timesheets away from the computer by printing them. You can also print blank timesheets for your employees or subcontractors to fill out, complete with a signature space at the bottom. You can only view timesheets for one week at a time.

Tips & Warnings
Timesheet reports only show people who have time entered for the date range listed. If someone's name does not show up and it should, you may need to enter time worked for that period. Read the Quickbooks Support article on entering time sheets.
If you want to print blank time sheets, click the "Employee" menu, "Enter Time" and "Use Weekly Timesheet." Click the "Print" drop-down menu and "Print Blank Timesheet."
