How to Take Email Off the HTC Evo
The HTC EVO supports multiple email accounts. The Android powered device can receive messages from your Microsoft Exchange, POP3 or IMAP email accounts. Connecting your email accounts to the EVO takes place through the device's "Mail" application. If you've added an email account that you no longer use, you can take it off through the "Mail" application as well. Removing an unused or unwanted email account takes only a few moments.

Press the "Home" key below the touch screen. Touch the "Applications" arrow on the left side of the screen to open your lists of applications.

Touch the "Mail" icon. Your default inbox displays. If this is not the account you wish to remove, touch the arrow in the left-hand corner of the screen to display the "Select Account" screen. Touch the account you wish to delete.

Press the "Menu" button below the touchscreen. A list of options appears -- touch "More."

Touch "Settings." Touch "Delete Account."
