The Leech -- also known as the "Bloated Leech" -- is a moderately powerful creature that can be summoned using a Bloated Leech Summoning Pouch.

Level your Summon skill to 49, then obtain an empty pouch, a crimson charm, 117 spirit shards and a piece of raw beef.

Ensure that all the required components are in your inventory, then go to a Summoning Obelisk.

Click on the Summoning Obelisk to open the Pouch Creation menu.

Click on the "Bloated Leech" pouch. The Obelisk will automatically fuse the components together to create a Bloated Leech Summoning Pouch.

Use the item to summon a Bloated Leech familiar.
