How to Get to Evergrande City in Emerald

In the Game Boy Advance title "Pokemon Emerald," the last location a players visit is Evergrande City, which contains Victory Road. From there, players engage the Elite Four to become the Pokemon Champion. However, players cannot walk to Evergrande City, and must first visit the watery Pacifidlog Town to navigate to Evergrande City. Keep at least one Pokemon in your party that knows the "Fly" and "Surf" abilities.

Instructions

Travel to Pacifidlog Town, located west of Route 131 and east of Route 132. Players must use a Pokemon's "Fly" ability to get to Pacifidlog Town. Use HM02 to teach a Pokemon the "Fly" ability if necessary. If you don't have HM02, you can gain it by traveling along Route 119 and defeating your rival there.

    • 2

Move to the edge of one of the platforms holding a house in Pacifidlog Town. To reach Evergrande City, select a Pokemon's "Surf" ability and head east, moving toward the right of the screen. Use HM03 to teach a Pokemon in your party "Surf" if necessary. If you don't have HM03 you can gain it by talking to Wally's Family in Petalburg City.

Move to the Pokemon Center in Evergrande City and heal all Pokemon in your party. Move through Victory Road and finish at Indigo Plateau, where the player will face the Elite Four.
