How to Keep Clear Sole Sneakers Clear
Although most shoes come with a sole that is either colored or opaque, some shoes, particularly collectible sport shoes, are made with a clear sole. Between moisture, time and oxidation, the materials that make up the clear sole will turn yellow, making the sneakers look old and worn out. When you spend a large amount of money on shoes, you want to be able to wear them and keep them looking nice. Thoroughly dry and wipe down the soles of your shoes every time you take them off.

Remove the tissue paper from the original shoe box. Store the shoes in the box along with several silica packets to remove moisture and slow down the oxidation process.

Wipe down and treat your shoe soles regularly with an oxidation removal conditioner, such as those used for boat maintenance. Look for a product with fluorescing agents that will enhance your clear soles through UV rays.
