How to Get to Orgrimmar From Vashj'ir in "World of Warcraft: Cataclysm"
Level 80 Horde players can pick up a quest chain in Orgrimmar to unlock the Vashj'ir quest chain in "World of Warcraft: Cataclysm." The Vashj'ir quests are among the fastest ways to level from 80 to 82, as well as giving Earthen Ring rep and the Abyssal Seahorse, a fast underwater mount. Once you have completed the initial quests, you will have access to a portal in Orgrimmar that transports you directly to Vashj'ir. There are several methods to return to Orgrimmar from Vashj'ir.

Unlocking Vashj'ir

Click on the Warchief's Command Board in Orgrimmar to pick up the Warchief's Command: Vashj'ir quest.

Fly east to Bladefist Bay and turn in the quest to Commander Thorak. He will offer you a quest, Call of Duty. Accept it.

Head outside to the dock where a group of orcs will be waiting for a boat. Be patient -- the boat takes a few minutes to arrive.

Embark on the boat. The boat will be attacked mid-journey, and you will be knocked unconscious, sink to the floor of the ocean and be rescued.

Talk to Erunak Stonespeaker when you regain control of your character to turn in Call of Duty and begin the Vashj'ir quest chains. Turning in Call of Duty unlocks the Earthen Ring portal in the Vally of Wisdom in Orgrimmar that transports you directly from Orgrimmar to Vashj'ir.

Keep your hearth in Orgrimmar so that you can hearth back using your hearthstone.

Ask a mage to port you to Orgrimmar.

Use the guild reward Shroud of Cooperation to port you back to Orgrimmar.

Wear your Tol Barad tabard. Click the tabard to teleport to Tol Barad and go through the portal to Orgrimmar.

Fly from the flight point at Sandy Beach, just above Kelp'thar Forest, to Undercity and take the zeppelin to Orgrimmar.
