How to Build an Animated Witch
If you want to create a simple Halloween animation for a website, online ad or eCard, you might want to have a scary character moving through the scene, such as a witch flying through on a broomstick. You could do this in such as way that the witch seems to continually fly out one side and then back in from the other. There are several programs you can use to create the effect, but if you want to avoid anything complex, you can use the Paint and Movie Maker applications.
