Log in to your PayPal account. Select the "Profile" menu and click "Add or Edit Credit Card."

Select "Add a Card." Type in your first name and select the card type from the drop-down menu. Enter the 16-digit card number, expiration date and CCV2 verification code from the card you use on eBay transactions.
