How to Install an ATN File in Elements
A file with the ATN file extension is a Photoshop Actions file. The ATN file contains a recording of one or more actions in Photoshop, similar to a "macro" in Microsoft Office applications. ATN files automate repetitive editing functions and define certain batch functions. Adobe Photoshop Elements is a pared-down, beginner's version of Adobe Photoshop. Photoshop Elements does support ATN files. However, not all complex actions of Photoshop are supported in Elements, so you'll want to try installing the ATN file to Elements and testing its functionality.
