How to Get a Roselia in "Pokemon Diamond"
Roselia is a Grass-Poison-type Pokemon with average statistics overall, but has above average Special Attack statistics and is most-effective against fighting Pokemon. In "Pokemon Diamond," Roselia is available in multiple areas, but is most easily accessible and has the highest encounter rate (15 percent to 25 percent) on Route 212. All Roselia on Route 212 range from Level 16 to 20.

Walk, bike or fly to Pastoria City. Press the "Start" button and select "Map" to see your current location and distance from Pastoria City.

Walk to the west (right) side of the city and enter onto Route 212 as indicated by the sign on the road.

Walk through any of the patches of grass along the route until you encounter Roselia. Use fire or ice attacks to lower its health into the red. Throw a PokeBall or UltraBall to catch it.
