How to Get My FeedBurner to Show My Full Content on WordPress
Although WordPress includes a default RSS feed, using Feedburner in its place can help you keep track of your feed subscribers, and it gives you advanced control over your feed. You can choose whether to show an article's excerpt in a feed, or the full content of a post. Adjust this setting in the WordPress Dashboard, not in the Feedburner account management panel.

Sign in to your WordPress Dashboard.

Click "Settings" in the administration sidebar. Open the "Reading" section.

Move down to the "For Each Article in a Feed, Show" section.

Click on "Full Text." Summary only shows the post's excerpt in the Feedburner feed.
