How to Make a Flared Skirt With Vertical Panels
Vertical panels added to a flared skirt can make a skirt seem like it is dancing as you walk. Though this type of skirt looks good on any body type, it can distract from heavy hips. Thus, it is a good option for full-figured shapes. For those who are thin, making a flared skirt slightly shorter can make a boyish figure appear to have more curves. Use large and bright prints to help balance out a flared skirt on a thin shape. For larger shapes, use a plain and small print.
