How to Get to Goblin City on "RuneScape"
The hidden Goblin city of Durgash-Kaan can be found in the Java-based, online game, "Runescape." It is inhabited by the Dorgeshuun Goblins and has several shops and characters of interest. The town is located in an underground cavern that can be reached through Lumbridge after you have completed a quest called "Death to the Dorgeshuun." This is easier the higher level your character is and may be difficult for newer players.

Use the runes to teleport yourself to Lumbridge Castle. Go to the castle kitchen and climb down the trapdoor.

Go to the southeast corner of the room. Climb down the hole to the Lumbridge Swamp Caves.

Use the candle (or other light source) to navigate your way through the caves. Find and speak to a goblin called Kazgar, who will take you to the Dorgeshuun mines.

Head south through the mines until you reach a set of gates made out of bones. Open these gates and walk into the Goblin City of Dorgeash-Khan.

Tips & Warnings
There are several different ways to reach the Goblin City, the Dorgenshuun Cave or the Lumbridge Caves by magic or using enchanted devices. These methods require specific items and levels of magic to use and, in at least one method, you must have visited the Goblin City at least once first.
There are no restrictions regarding what level a character needs to be to go to the Goblin City, but there are some hostile monsters on the way that are Level 25. The quest to be completed to gain access to the Lumbridge Caves is a lengthy one that requires certain skill levels to complete. Proceed with caution if you are a lower level player or find a higher level player to escort you.
