How to Sync Google Bookmarks to a WebDAV Server

If you use multiple computers for work or pleasure, then keeping the devices in sync with each other is useful. In the instance of Web browsing, you can sync the bookmarks that you make. WebDAV is a technology to sync data on your computer to an online storage space, such as a cloud computing service, or a Web disk. When using Google Chrome as your browser, the bookmarks you make can be synced to your Google Account, which is the server Chrome syncs with. You cannot sync the Google Bookmarks to other, non-Google, servers.

      Open Google Chrome.

      Click the spanner icon on the toolbar, and then click "Settings."

      Click "Personal Stuff." Click "Start syncing this account," if you haven't already done so and enter your Google Account login details.

      Click "Customize." If you want to sync everything, click the initial drop-down menu and select "Sync everything." Otherwise, select "Bookmarks" from the checklist.

      Click "OK" to save your settings and sync your Google Bookmarks to your Google Account.
