How to Use the Slow Zooming Effect in NextGen
NextGen is a software plug-in that can be integrated into WordPress. With the plugin, you can add a photo slideshow as a sidebar on your blog. Instead of using still photos in your slideshow, you can enhance visualization by slowly zooming in on each image. This is also referred to as "panning."

Log in to your WordPress administration portal.

Click the NextGen "Gallery" tab that is located at the top of the window. You will see a list of your current slideshows. If you have not yet created a slideshow, select the option to create a new one.

Click the "Options" link that is located next to the slideshow for which you want to use the slow zooming effect.

Click the "Slideshow" tab. Select the option labeled "Use Slow Zooming Effect."

Click the "Save Changes" button to save and apply the effect to your slideshow.
