Untie your laces so the tails hang loosely from your sneaker.

    • 2

Move down to the first set of eyelets and place your fingers underneath the laces. Pull the laces firmly upward and away from the tongue of the sneaker.

    • 3

Move down to the second set of eyelets, place your fingers underneath the laces. Pull the laces firmly upward and away from the tongue of the sneaker.

Continue until you've loosened the laces at each set of eyelets on both shoes.

    • 5

Place the shoes on your feet.
