  • Saucer
  • Coarse salt
  • Knife
  • Lime

Instructions

      Fill a shallow saucer with enough coarse salt to coat the rim of your margarita glass.

      Cut a slice of lime and line the rim of the glass with fresh lime juice by rubbing the fruit around the rim of the glass.

      Drip the rim of the glass into the salt and slowly spin the glass until the rim is well coated in salt.

      Cut a thin slice of the lime and put a slit in it running from the center to the outer edge of the rind.

    • 5

      Slide the lime slice onto the rim of the glass and carefully pour the drink, making sure not to disturb the salted rim.
