How to Get Herbs in "GMod Stranded"
Stranded is a game mode for "Garry's Mod" -- aka GMod -- which requires players to survive in an unknown environment. Players must collect food and water, seek shelter and sleep in order to survive. Plant seeds and herbs can be found and used in cooking. Herbs cannot be eaten on their own but are essential in many cooking recipes. To cook with herbs, players can create a campfire or stove, and use the herbs along with other materials to make a meal.

Load Stranded for GMod, and enter a game. You will be given only a Gravity Cut, Physics Gun and your hands for tools.

Set your current tool to your bare hands, and look down to the ground.

Press the use key, default "E", which will make you forage for resources.

Continue to forage until you collect herbs. Other items you might collect are Banana Seeds, Orange Seeds, Grain Seeds and Melon Seeds.
