How to Delete Buzz Post on Gmail
Delete posts someone sends out on Google Buzz, an update service integrated with Gmail, if you no longer want to see his posts in your Buzz feed. Buzz doesn't include the option to delete a single post, so "unfollow" anyone whose Buzz posts you no longer want to see. Alternatively, you can also block him.

Log in to your Gmail account. Choose "Buzz" from the list of options that run along the left side of the Gmail inbox.

Click the "Followers" link at the top of the Buzz feed. Select "Unfollow" next to the name of the person whose Buzz posts you no longer want to see.

Choose "Block" next to anyone's name to delete your posts from her Buzz feed, as well as to delete hers from yours. Click "Done" when you have finished.
