How to Improve Your "Black Ops" Clan
"Call of Duty: Black Ops" has a multi-player mode that allows you to play various game modes with other players online. You have the option of joining or starting a clan -- a group of people who play online together. Clans are indicated by "clan tags," which appear next to your username when you play online. To make a clan that dominates, you will need clan members who are good at the game and good at communicating with each other.

1
Purchase a headset with a microphone if you do not already have one and have the other members of your clan get headsets too. It is difficult to do well in matches if your clan members cannot communicate with one another.
-
2
Invite players with a good record -- you can click "Leaderboards" from the "Multiplayer" menu to see the scores of other players. Look for players with a high kill-to-death ratio, as well as a good accuracy percentage.

3
Get rid of players that are bringing your clan down. If you notice that a certain player is not getting as many kills as he should or is getting killed too many times, you should drop him from the clan.
-
4
Play practice matches with your clan in "Private Match" mode. Notice the strengths and weaknesses of each clan member. For instance, some players may play better without teammates around. However, if another player gets killed often while on his own, be sure he is around teammates at all times.
