Instructions

    • 1

Measure around your head, from an inch below the top of your forehead, around the nape of your neck and back up to your forehead. Add about 1 inch to this measurement.

    • 2

Cut the floral wire to the head circumference. Shape the wire into a circle and twist about 1/2 inch of the ends together to keep the circle shape.

    • 3

Wrap floral tape around the wire circle.

    • 4

Hold one silk leaf next to the wire. Wrap a piece of the tape around the stem of the leaf to join it to the wire circle.

    • 5

Hold another leaf next to the wire, with the leaf overlapping the stem of the first leaf. Wrap another piece of the tape around the new stem. Continue adding leaves all the way around the circle in the same manner.

    • 6

Cut two pieces of 1/2-inch-wide ribbon, each 24 inches long. Fold the ribbons in half and tie them in a knot on the wire circle, over the top of the twisted ends. Tie the ribbon ends in a bow.
