How to Search for Expired Craigslist Posts
Craigslist can be compared to an online garage sale. Registered users post items, services or jobs they have available; potential buyers or employees respond to these posted ads. Ads are grouped based on categories -- such as housing available for sale or rent, children's clothing, furniture and job listings -- as well as on physical location. An ad posted on Craigslist appears for only 45 days before expiring. After that, the only person who can successfully search for that expired Craigslist post is the account holder who posted it originally.
