How to Show Who You Are in a Relationship With Links on Facebook
Facebook lets you set a relationship status and include who you are in a relationship with. This information appears on the "info" part of the profile page, as well as on the top of your profile. As long as the person you are in a relationship with has a Facebook profile, you can link the relationship status to that person's profile.

Sign into your Facebook account, then click on "Home." Click on "Edit My Profile."

Click on "Friends and Family." Select your relationship status in the "Relationship Status" column. Choose from labels such as "In a Relationship," "It's Complicated," "In an Open Relationship" and "Married."

Type the person's Facebook name into the box. You'll see the suggestion appear below. Click on the person you are in a relationship with. This will link your relationship status to the person's profile.

Click on "Save Changes." Ask the person to confirm the relationship by clicking on the email link. Your relationship status will now link to the person's profile.
