      Wear protective respiration equipment to prevent vapor inhalation. Full-face fresh air masks provide a sufficient level of protection. Also, a sufficient supply of fresh air provides enough protection.

      Store foam coating components A and B at a temperature between 65 degrees F and 75 degrees F. The shelf life for both components at this temperature range is six months.

      Mix and spray both components at a ratio of 1:1, using Graco proportioning equipment. You can also use comparable equipment. Set the working temperature of the spray equipment to 125 degrees F to 130 degrees F while spraying. The minimum working pressure at the spray gun should be 1000 psi or pounds per square inch.

      Apply the foam coating 1 to 2 inches thick at a time. Do not apply the foam coating thicker than 2 1/2 inches in one pass.
