How to Get Bubble Letters on MS WordPad
MS WordPad is a word processor that's bundled with Windows. It's used to create simple text documents and Web pages. As such, it doesn't allow you to access outline options (for font effects) to create bubble letters. Import bubble fonts directly into WordPad and use them instead. Several types of bubble fonts are available on the Internet. These fonts have a bubble-like appearance that's easier to see in a larger size.

Find and download the bubble font you want to use in WordPad.

Right-click the font and select "Copy" from the pop-up. The font is copied.

Click the "Start" button in Windows and select "Computer."

Navigate to "C:/Windows/Fonts" and press "Ctrl" and "V" to paste the copied font to the "Fonts" folder.

Start WordPad and select the "Home" tab.

Select the "Font" drop-down list in the "Font" group and locate the Bubble font you downloaded to use it on your page.
