How to Make a Pandora Widget for a Mac
Although there is no official Pandora Radio widget available from the Mac widget library, you can make a custom Pandora widget using the "Open in Dashboard" feature that is part of the Safari Web browser. With "Open in Dashboard," you can select elements of a website you are viewing in Safari to be displayed on the Mac Dashboard as a widget. The whole process takes just a few seconds and once added, you can play Pandora Radio directly from your Mac Dashboard without needing to launch a Web browser.

Launch Safari.

Navigate to Pandora.com.

Click "File" and select "Open in Dashboard."

Click the Pandora Radio player.

Click and drag the shaded shape to adjust the size of the Pandora widget to only include the Pandora player.
