How to Hide a Wall Tab on Facebook
Those using the old Facebook layout may notice tabs at the top of your profile page. When you click the tab, it takes you to an application you use. If you want to remove these tabs, you must delete the application from your profile. You can use the privacy settings on Facebook to clean up your applications so the ones you use are only visible or hidden completely from your friends and family.

Click "My Account" in the top right corner, followed by "Privacy Settings."

Click "Edit Settings" under the "Apps and Games" section.

Click "Edit App Settings." Click the "X" next to the app you wish to remove from the tabs, click "Remove" and then click "OK."The app will no longer be visible in your profile unless you add it again.
