      Grasp a piece of rope in front of the body. Cross the right end of the rope over the left end to make a loop.

      Reach through the center of the loop, and grasp the dangling right side of the rope.

      Hook the slip knot around stuff, and pull on the end to tighten it.

      Pull the right side of the rope through the loop. Continue pulling until the loop tightens around the part pulling though, and a new loop forms. Do not let the end of the rope come through the loop.
