How to Get a Sledge Hammer on "Stick RPG 2"
"Stick RPG 2" is a game where you play a stick figure, moving through a world and accomplishing tasks to forward your progress. A lot of these tasks seem simple and downright mundane, but completing them is no less important. To acquire your first sledge hammer, you're going to need to get into the bar and give the desperate patron some toilet paper.

Go to Wally Mart and buy a roll of toilet paper. This won't cost much, but you will need some money. If you don't have money, work at the fast food restaurant to earn some.

Go to Skye's Bar. If you have a photo ID (which you can buy from the police station in town) go in the front door. If not, go in the back doors. Walk into the men's room.

Give the roll of toilet paper to the man in the stall. As a reward he will give you the Weathered Sledge Hammer.

Tips & Warnings
There are sledge hammer upgrades later in the game. The Weathered Sledge Hammer is only the first part of several more hammers you can acquire.
