How to Get a Comment Pending Approval for YouTube
YouTube users can comment on uploaded videos if the videos' Comments feature is enabled. You can configure Comments to make them appear automatically, or to suspend them pending approval by you before they are posted. If a user comments on your video and it is pending approval, the user has to wait until the video's owner -- you -- approves the comment before it is posted.

Set Video for Approved Comments Only

Log in to your YouTube account.

Click the downward-pointing arrow next to your YouTube username in the upper right corner of the page.

Click the "Videos" option. A list of your uploaded videos open.

Click the "Edit" button for the video. The Video Settings page opens.

Click the radio button next to "Allow All Comments with Approval Only" and click "Save Changes." Your video is now configured to allow comments, but only upon approval.
Approve a Pending Comment on a Video

Open the video page with the comments to approve.

Click the "Edit" option at the top right of the comment box. A list of pending and approved comments opens.

Tick the check box next to the comment to approve.

Click the "Approve" button next to the "Delete" button at the bottom of the page. The selected comment is approved.
