Samsung Intercept Troubleshooting
The Virgin Mobile Samsung Intercept may encounter occasional problems that you can troubleshoot before contacting the service provider's technical support. Remove the Samsung Intercept's battery cover by popping off the cover using your fingernail.

Remove the battery and leave it out at least one minute.

Replace the Intercept's battery and battery cover.

Press and hold the "Power" button on the phone until it restarts.
Android Operating System Update

Press "Home" on the Samsung Intercept and touch "Menu."

Touch "Settings," and then touch "About Phone."

Touch "System Updates," and then touch "Update Android."

Wait for the phone to search for the available updates.

Touch "Install" when the updates are downloaded. The phone may restart to complete the process.
