How to Buy a House in Chynandal in "Oblivion"
In the dangerous and unpredictable world of "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion," you need a place to call home. Many of Cyrodiil's major cities feature an uninhabited house for sale. Enter the city of Cheydinhal, located in the Nibenay Basin. Follow the street northwest until you see the entrance to a castle. Go inside.

Talk to Count Andel Indarys. During the day, you find the Count sitting on his throne in the room north of where you entered. If it is night, the Count is sleeping and the door to his chambers is locked. You must wait until morning to talk to him.
