Download and install "Ambient Wars," ScriptHookDotNet and an ASI Loader, such as XLiveLess.

Open your "Grand Theft Auto IV" directory.

Copy the files "ScriptHook.dll," "ScriptHookDotNet.asi" and "xlive.dll" into the directory.

Click "Add new folder" and name it "Scripts."

Copy the files from the "Ambient Wars" download into the "Scripts" directory.

Run "LaunchGTAIV.exe" to launch the game.

Press the tilde (~) key on your keyboard to open a command console. This confirms that ScriptHook is working.
