How to Embed Store Locator in WordPress
Plug-ins allow you to extend the ability of WordPress beyond a basic blog engine to a functioning content management system. If you have a retail-type website built on the WordPress platform, you may want to add a handy store locator so customers can find locations close to them. The WordPress Store Locator integrates with Google Maps to map multiple store locations.

Sign in to your WordPress dashboard and click on "Plugins." Click "Add New," then type "Store Locator" into the search box.

Click "Install Now" next to the Store Locator. Click on "Activate."

Click "Store Locator" on the sidebar, then click "Localization and API." Click on "Get Your Google API Key."

Sign in with your Google Account, or click on "Register" to create one.

Click on "Generate API Key." Highlight and copy the API key, then paste it in the "Google API Key" box. Click on "Save." You'll now see a number of available options in the Store Locator sidebar.

Click on "Add Location." Type your location details, then click "Save." Repeat the process for each location you want to add.

Open the post or page you want to add the Store Locator to. Type the following shortcode to display the Google Maps store locator:
