How Do I Report Someone on eBay for Piracy?
If you believe that someone on eBay is offering pirated items, eBay encourages you to report the offending listing for further investigation. You may occasionally encounter an auction on eBay attempting to sell a pirated product such as a computer game, album or video. Purchasing a pirated item often results in a poor experience for the customer, and such auctions can damage eBay's reputation.
