How to Operate an LG Banter Cell
The LG Banter cellphone is loaded with various features you can learn to operate to improve the phone's functionality. The phone is Bluetooth-enabled, which allows you to pair it with other devices to transfer data. The Banter features a music player that you can use to listen to your favorite tunes. Creating a playlist gives you the option to listen to your favorite tunes without skipping past other songs. If you encounter problems such as freezing with the Banter cellphone, performing a master reset restores it to its default settings.

Bluetooth Pairing

Press the "Menu" key while viewing the LG Banter's idle screen. Click "Settings," then click "Bluetooth."

Click "Paired Devices," then click "Search." Click "Yes" to enable Bluetooth on the Banter.

Enable Bluetooth on the device you want to pair with the phone. Refer to the owner's manual for the device to determine how to turn on Bluetooth.

Click "New Search" and select the other device from the list of devices found.

Highlight the other device's name and press the "OK" key.

Enter the passkey for the other device if prompted by the Banter. Click "Always Connect" and the other device is now paired with your phone.
Create Music Playlist

Press the "Menu" key on the LG Banter cell and click "Music."

Click "Playlists," then click "New."

Click "Create Playlist" and place a check next to each song you want to add to the playlist.

Click "Options," then click "Add to Playlist."
Reset Phone

Press the LG Banter's "Menu" key and click "Settings."

Click "Security," then click "Reset Default."

Enter the Banter's four-digit lock code. The lock code is the last four digits of your cellphone number.

Read the disclaimer about resetting your phone and click "OK."

Click "Revert," then click "OK." The phone will restart when the reset is complete.

Back up the LG Banter's data before performing a reset. The reset permanently deletes all data.
