How to Jump Into the Whirlpool on "RuneScape"
To complete your Barbarian firemaking training, you must enter the Ancient Cavern beneath a dangerous whirlpool north of Baxtorian Falls, west of Seer's Village when playing "RuneScape." You need to gather and sacrifice one of the "chew bones" of a Barbarian warrior who perished in the whirlpool's turbulent depths long ago. This is the final task that you must satisfy for your Barbarian firemaking training. You do not have to have a paid membership for this activity.

Complete the first task of Barbarian firemaking, which is to light logs without using a tinderbox. This will give you access to the whirlpool and the cavern dungeon below it.

Do the Basic, Intermediate, Spear, Herblore, Advanced and One-Handed Spear phases of Barbarian firemaking training regimen. While this is not a requirement, it is in your best interest to complete these phases before you jump into the whirlpool and face the dangers in the Cavern.

Open your bank account and withdraw a knife, a hatchet, logs, a tinderbox, a prayer potion, a good weapon and armor, a Dragonfire or Anti-dragonfire shield, a teleport and some good food.

Talk to Otto. He will tell you to travel to the dock near his house on the north side of the lake above Baxtorian Falls. Walk to the end of the dock, where you will see the whirlpool.

Click on the whirlpool. Your character will dive into it cannonball fashion. You will be safely transported to the Ancient Cavern.

Tips & Warnings
You cannot leave the whirlpool entrance to the cavern once you have jumped in. Find a log floating around in the water and click on it to ride it out of the cavern. Otherwise, use a teleport to get out.
