How to Not Appear on the Mini-Feed on Facebook
Facebook allows you to post status updates, links and photos with your family and friends in your network. By default, each post or change you make in your profile also appears in the mini-feed of your family and friends Facebook homepages. This allows your Facebook friends to easily see what you are up to. You can hide your posts from your friend's mini-feeds on a case-by-case basis if you don't want certain individuals seeing your most recent activity.

Log in to your Facebook account.

Click the "Most Recent" drop-down box next to "News Feed" at the top of the homepage.

Click "Edit Options."

Type the names of the individuals you want that you do not want to appear in their mini-feed in the "Hide posts from:" field.
