How to Attach Yarn to Make a Seam
People that are getting into sewing and yarn work are looking at a variety of ways to improve their skills. There are several ways to attach yarn to make a seam and exploring each one would take a great deal of time. Consider the following method, known as the edge-to-edge seam, to make a classic attachment.

Get two pieces of yarn work, with similar edges. You'll need to close them together so if they were similar that would be ideal.

Take the needle and thread it whatever color yarn you wish to have as the seam.

Place the pieces together neatly, before you insert the needle.

Take the purl side of the needle, make sure it is facing toward you and insert the yarn needle into one of the knots, then cross to the other piece.

Criss-cross upward going from one edge to the other.

Repeat Step 5 until you have a completed edge and now, one solid seam.
