How to Put an Email Blast HTML File Into an Email
HTML email newsletters and bulletins are often used for sending email blasts to a recipient distribution list. To create an HTML email to send in an email blast, first you need to use an email application that supports HTML email messages, such as Microsoft Outlook. If you are using Microsoft Outlook, create the email content in a Word document, and then copy and paste the content into the body of a new email message in Outlook. The email content created in Word is automatically converted to the HTML format during the content transfer.
