Things You'll Need
Cream of tartar
Baking soda
Hydrogen peroxide

Step 1
Make a paste of 1/2 cup cream of tartar with 1 quart hot water and slather it on the yellow stains on your shoes. Let it sit overnight. Launder as usual, after removing the laces.

Make a paste of 1/2 cup baking soda and 1 quart hot water if the cream of tartar paste doesn't work. Apply the baking soda paste on the yellow stains and let the shoes sit overnight. Launder as usual.
Step 3
Apply hydrogen peroxide directly on the yellow stains if all else fails.
Step 4
Reapply a few times until you begin to see results.
Step 5
Launder as usual and then let the shoes air dry.
