How to Borrow E-Books from OverDrive
OverDrive is a company that provides electronic book, or e-book, services to companies, institutions, schools and, most popularly, public libraries. OverDrive currently maintains e-book collections for over 13,000 libraries, allowing patrons to check out e-books using a compatible e-book reader, a library card and an Adobe user name. Libraries may vary in terms of which formats and readers they specifically offer; however, OverDrive books are usually offered in formats compatible with iPods, iPhones, iPads, Android phones and devices and e-readers, including Sony's Readers, Kobo, and Barnes and Noble's Nooks.
