How to Export IE Favorites to Safari
Both Internet Explorer and Safari allow importing and exporting of your bookmarks. Although you can't directly transfer between the two browsers, you can use these features to move your Favorites from Internet Explorer into the Bookmarks list in Safari. By exporting your Favorites, you create a standard HTML file. You can then import this file directly into Safari to migrate your bookmarks to your new browser.
