1
Mark the cut lines on a 1-gallon milk jug using a permanent marker. On three sides of the jug, draw a smooth convex arc from corner to corner. The arc should start approximately an inch from the bottom corners of the jug and be approximately 2 1/2 inches from the bottom of the jug at its peak. On the fourth side, trace the entire outline of the side of jug ending where the jug begins to slope.

2
Cut along the lines with sharp scissors. When finished, you will be left with the bottom of the jug with three scalloped sides and one tall side.

3
Pierce the jug with a thumbtack along the straight invisible line at the bottom of each of the three arcs. This is to help the container fold more easily. Pierce along the same line on the tall tab.
-
4
Fold the box by folding in the three smaller tabs and then folding in the larger tab. Where the large tab meets the rest of the container, affix a Velcro dot.

Tips & Warnings
To clean, open the container wide and wipe it out with a damp washcloth.
If the container is hard to fold, fold the flaps repeatedly in both directions along the dotted lines. This will loosen the seam.
The edges of the cut jug could be sharp. If so, sand them with sandpaper or a nail file.
