Things You'll Need

  • Roasting pan
  • Nonstick vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 lb. prepared fish fillets, according to your taste
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • Pastry brush
  • 6 tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Plate

      Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

      Spray the roasting pan thoroughly with nonstick vegetable cooking spray.

      Put the breadcrumbs and paprika into a small mixing bowl and stir well until the ingredients are combined. Pour the breadcrumb mix onto a plate.

      Brush the fish fillets with mayonnaise then dip them into the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure they are well-covered. Place the fish onto the roasting tray.
