How to Open Martini & Rossi Wine

Chill a bottle of Martini & Rossi sparkling wine in a wine cooler or refrigerator. Avoid shaking when handling.

Point the bottle away from yourself and others.

Remove the foil wrapping from around the top of the bottle, and remove the wire cover.

Grasp the cork with your fingers and thumb. Slowly and carefully twist it out, making sure the bottle still is facing away from you or others. This might take a few minutes of firm twisting to pull out.

Tilt wine glasses toward the spout to pour the wine and serve.

Tips & Warnings
Never use a corkscrew to pull out the cork. It can cause the champagne bottle to explode as it's already under a lot of pressure.
