How to Get Thunder TM in Emerald
"Pokemon: Emerald" is a roleplaying game with hundreds of playable Pokemon characters. The game features an even larger list of spells and abilities, including TM Thunder. TM Thunder is an energy based attack, and it can do massive damage to enemy Pokemon who are vulnerable to that element. Players can purchase TM Thunder on the fourth floor of the Lilycove Department Store, where it's sold alongside other abilities such as Hyper Beam and Light Screen.

Travel to Lilycove City. It's west on Route 124 and east on Route 121.

Enter the Lilycove Department Store. It's on the north side of town.

Go up to the fourth floor. You'll find two salesclerks there.

Speak to the salesclerk on the left. She will offer to sell you several abilities. Select "Thunder" to purchase TM Thunder.

Tips & Warnings
If you're short on cash, you can get more by beating other trainers. You can find trainers scattered throughout the game world, especially along routes and in the various city gyms. Each one you beat gives you some money as a reward.
