How to Troubleshoot the MX610
The MX610 mouse is a wireless mouse manufactured by Logitech. Instead of using a traditional cord connected to a designated mouse port on a computer, the MX610 has a receiver that connects to USB ports. When the mouse is moved, the receiver senses it and provides a direct sensor to the computer. Despite the technological innovation associated with this mouse, there are times when it may not function properly. Consequently, it is important to know how to troubleshoot this mouse.

Ensure that the computer is turned on the mouse receiver and is connected to the appropriate USB port on the computer if the mouse is not working.

Check the LED light on the bottom of the mouse. If the LED light is flashing red, replace the battery.

Hold down the power button for 1 second if the LED light is not on.

Open the "Logitech Reconnection Utility" by navigating to "Start">"Programs">"Mose and Keyboard">"Reconnection Utility" to re-sync the mouse with the computer if the previous troubleshooting tips do not resolve the issue.
